Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

• All vouchers issued by Kallima Health Club and Spa are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of
  purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of issue.
  Seasonal and Limited-Edition vouchers are valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase.
•  Vouchers must be redeemed on or before the stated expiry date. Extensions are not available.
• **Kallima Health Club and Spa is an adults-only facility. Guests must be eighteen (18) years of age or over to access the spa, health club, and all treatments.
• All spa appointments and facility reservations are subject to availability and must be booked in advance to ensure a seamless experience.
• Vouchers are not valid on public holidays or during designated blackout periods, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
• A valid voucher is required at the time of booking. The full value of the voucher will be redeemed against the confirmed appointment or reservation.
• We kindly request that any cancellations or amendments be made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours, late arrivals, or failure to attend will result in the voucher being fully redeemed.
• Guests are encouraged to arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. Late
  arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time, with the full voucher value still applying.
• Vouchers must be redeemed in a single visit, unless otherwise stated. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
• Guests are responsible for informing the spa of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or health concerns at the time of booking and prior to treatment.
• Kallima Health Club and Spa reserves the right to substitute treatments or services of equal value should specific offerings become unavailable.
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be resold. 
• Lost, stolen, damaged, expired, or partially redeemed vouchers cannot be replaced.
• Kallima Health Club and Spa reserves the right to refuse service where guest behaviour is deemed
  inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.
• Kallima Health Club and Spa shall not be held liable for any failure to provide services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, government restrictions, or facility closures.
• Kallima Health Club and Spa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
